Meet Leisa & Mark…
At L & M Events, we’re more than just an event rental company – we’re a couple on a mission to make every celebration unforgettable.
Our story began in 2018, when Mark proposed to Leisa. To celebrate their engagement, they had envisioned a beautiful setting with wine barrels, festive lighting strung between the trees, and the soft ambience of bamboo flares lining a babbling creek on their family property.
As the planning began, they looked into renting items, and were shocked by the high prices and delivery costs. Undeterred, Leisa and Mark took matters into their own hands and purchased their first five wine barrels – despite the fact that they were falling apart!
Through hard work and determination, they restored these barrels to their former glory and used them to create the perfect scene for their engagement party.
But the question remained: what would they do with the barrels now?
That’s when they had a brilliant idea. Why not offer the wine barrels and lighting for hire at a highly competitive price? And just like that, L & M Events was born.
Today, our fleet still includes those original five wine barrels – a testament to our commitment to quality, authenticity, and a job well done.
